Foxborough has state and local open space for many types of recreation and leisure activities. The town is working to make our parks more accessible with a planned network of pedestrian and bicycle routes between a number of recreational spaces.
F. Gilbert Hills State ForestF. Gilbert Hills is an 810 acre state park, offering scenic trails, picnicking, and a variety of recreation activities. The park is considered one of the best mountain biking locations in the region by the
New England Mountain Bike Association.
Booth Recreation ComplexThe Booth Recreation Complex is Foxborough’s one-stop shop for all things recreation. The complex includes athletic facilities for: baseball, basketball, tennis, hockey, soccer, and skateboarding. Read more about the

Canoe River Wilderness AreaThe Canoe River Wilderness Area offers 2 miles of trail networks through over 200 acres of conservation land.
Lane PropertyThe Lane Property is Foxborough Conservation Department land on the Neponset Reservoir. Activities on the Lane Property include picnicking, camping, and walking. The Neponset Reservoir is open to canoes from a separate location.

The Nature Trail and Cranberry BogSpend some time in nature when visiting Gillette Stadium or Patriot Place. The nearby Ocean Spray Cranberry Bog is a 32 acre wetland with paved trails and educational opportunities, including guided tours.
